Chairman - Voyage Oil and Gas Ltd.
Voyage is an indigenous downstream operator. As a crude oil marketing and trading company, over the last 10 years Voyage has actively participated in the export of Crude Oil and other petroleum product from Nigeria to various parts of the world. Voyage has had a Crude Term contract with NNPC for the past 10 years and has trading relationship with several refineries around the world and trading partners in Europe, USA and Asia, some of which are Glencore, Trafigura, Vitol and BP. Voyage operates its own vessels in addition to those on Time Charter. In 2018 Voyage went into partnership with NNPC's NPDC for maintenance and technical support of NPDC oil producing assets. The involves EPC support. In June 2019 Voyage was shortlisted for an SPA (Strategic Partnership Agreement) with NNPC NPDC for OML 111 and 119.

Chairman - Tecnis EPC International Ltd.
Tecnis is an indigenous Engineering, Procurement and Construction company with core competence in the energy sector. Clients Include NNPC, NPDC, SHELL, AGIP, Voyage amongst other IOCs operating in Nigeria. In recent years, the company has been particularly active in seeking new opportunities, often participating in numerous activities to win prestigious new contracts. TECNIS EPC International Is now putting more effort into developing its international footprint in order to contribute to the development of emerging countries with its experience and know-how in the sector. “Growth” for TECNIS EPC International Limited Nigeria also means making a contribution to the territory with a view to integrating corporate social responsibility. This means respecting norms and procedures, adhering to strict safety regulations, fostering the development of human resources and contribute with the construction of infrastructural works to the country's growth as well as positioning Nigerian businesses in today's competitive international environment.

Director - Skyways Aviation Handling Company Ltd. (SAHCOL)
In Feb 2009, as part of the Nigerian Government privatization policy, SAHCOL (Sky Power Aviation Handling Company Ltd) a government owned Aviation Handling company, one of only two Aviation Handling companies licensed to operate in the country was put up for privatization by the Bureau of Public Enterprise (BPE). In response, Skyways Aviation Handling Company Ltd was set up as an SPV by SIFAX Nig. Ltd and Global Apex Logistics Ltd, for the purpose of the acquisition of SAHCOL. The sale was keenly contested by local and international companies. Skyways emerged as the preferred bidder and eventually took over the affairs of SAHCOL in January 2010. In October 2018 SAHCOL successfully went public in an IPO in compliance with the terms of the Sales and Purchase agreement executed with the BPE, hence now SAHCO PLC.

Chairman - Global Apex Air Ltd.
Global Apex Air Ltd (GAAL) is an International Executive Jet charter company with operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The airline operates a fleet of Medium bodied long range executive jets, amongst which are Bombardier, Falcon and Gulfstream aircrafts. GAAL also operates the following services:
·   FBO, Fixed Base Operator
·   AMO, Aircraft Maintenance Organization
·   Air logistics services to the oil and gas industry
·   Offshore oil platforms crew logistics ad-hoc helicopter service
·   Executive air charter for oil industry and corporate clients.

Chairman - ADEXEN
Adexen is a well-known recruitment & HR consulting firm in Europe and Africa. With head office in France (Paris) and offices and operations in the following countries:

In response to Nigerian Government effort to increase indigenous participation in the Oil and Gas Industry, Adexen was set up to primarily provide Manpower supply services to the industry. Co-incidentally about the same time there was a sharp increase in occurrence of Expatriate staff kidnapping for ransom by the Niger-delta rebels, as a result several Oil majors and oil services companies decided to outsource their manpower and some recruitment requirement. This strategy reliefs them of all liabilities associated with these staff, e.g. expatriate quotas, visas, travel expense and logistics, pension etc. Adexen developed and proposed a solution to Total E&P Oil Company Nigeria and was awarded a five-year contract for HR Recruitment, Training and expatriate manpower supply. Today we provide this service for most of the oil majors including Chevron, Schlumberger, Shell, Mobil, Acergy, and several others, with over 800 expatriate staff under contract.

Due to the company's performance and track record, some of the Oil majors have requested Adexen to provide similar service for them in other countries where they have operations, thus expanding Adexen operational footprint. Executive Chairman - BBQ UK LTD
In August 2008, BBQ UK LTD bought the Master Franchise of Genesis Group's BBQ Chicken brand, the first company in the world to fry chicken with extra virgin olive oil. The Master franchise agreement covers the UK, N/Ireland and the whole of Africa. BBQ chicken restaurants already exist in 37 countries around the world. BBQ Chicken compares to NANDOs and KFC. Except that it is much healthier. BBQ commenced pre-launch operations in the UK, with the registration of BBQ UK LTD and the opening of its offices on the 37 Floor of One Canada Square, Canary Wharf. The strategy is to have one flagship store in London West end and 3 other stores, Wimbledon, Peckham and West Hampstead. We plan on running these company owned (casual dining) restaurants for 2 years before we start advertising the sale of franchises. During this period, BBQ restaurants will be launched in Nigeria and Ghana. BBQ chicken is 100% self financed, including the Master franchise fee of Euro1,400,000.00 (One Million Four Hundred Thousand Euros).

Chairman - Global Apex Ltd.
Global Apex Ltd was setup to fill the commodity supply gap between Asia and W/Africa. Global Apex commenced business, trading Thai per-boiled rice in W/Africa using Nigeria as the hub. Our rice brand “American Tomato Rice” was well accepted in the market. The company evolved to importation of Sugar from Brazil, Fertilizer from Ukraine, Phosphate from Morocco and export of Anhydrous Ammonia, Cocoa, Timber and other commodities from Nigeria. In 2003 due to increasing business and the lack of basic Logistics infrastructure for the distribution of FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) in Nigeria, the company decided to setup a Logistics subsidiary called Global Apex Logistics Ltd. In 2007 the company management was handed to a supply chain management expert, Dr Tony Taylor (British).
Dr Taylor until he joined Global Apex was the Managing Director of DHL Logistics for Nigeria.
